Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products sold on Onitora Shop are 100% authentic and official, sourced from trusted distributors and verified suppliers.

Are products in stock or pre-order?

Both.

In-stock products are shipped shortly after payment confirmation.

Pre-orders are clearly indicated with an estimated release date.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

Pre-orders are shipped as soon as we receive the products from our suppliers.

Release dates are estimates and may change depending on distributors or manufacturers.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Switzerland.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within Switzerland only.

Does the product price include shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and selected delivery method.

Free shipping is available for orders above CHF 200.– within Switzerland.

Will I have to pay customs or additional taxes?

No. All shipments are domestic (Switzerland only).

In-stock orders: contact us as soon as possible.

Pre-orders: cancellations are generally not possible once confirmed.

What happens if I do not pay a bank transfer order?

Orders placed via bank transfer must be paid within 48 hours.

You must send us the proof of payment by email within 48 hours after placing your order.

If no payment confirmation is received within this timeframe, the order may be cancelled and the stock released.

Do you buy single cards?

Yes. Onitora Shop purchases selected high-value and collectible single cards.

We generally offer around 70% of current market value, depending on:

  • Card condition
  • Market demand
  • Liquidity
  • Authenticity verification

We do not purchase bulk or low-value cards.

How does the selling process work?
  1. You contact us with clear photos and the exact card reference.
  2. We evaluate the card condition and market price.
  3. We provide an offer.
  4. If accepted, the card is shipped to us.
  5. Payment is made after verification.

Offers are subject to condition verification upon arrival.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What should I do?

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the package
  • Photos of the product
  • Photo of the shipping label

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped via Swiss Post.

You may choose between:

  • B-Post: typically 2–3 business days
  • A-Post: typically 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on Swiss Post processing.
